The Volcanic Factor is basically the concept of influencing lives...we all know that the whole creation of rocks start with the VOLCANO and most times the eruption of the VOLCANO leads to loss of life and property.
A volcano erupts when the pressure within the molten magma below the surface becomes stronger than the strength of the rocks on the surface that make up the volcano...okies...this is the point am sure you have been waiting for.
If it takes a 100 celsius of heat for the lava to erupt and it keeps reaching 99.9 celsiuis, the VOLCANO wouldn't erupt. but as soon as the 0.1 degree is added up, an eruption happens.
In here, the Volcanic team is preaching Patience, Perseverance and Hardwork. We believe that its only a matter of time before people's potentials are fully blown. A volcano might not erupt for thousand of years, but when it does, the whole world comes to its rising. So success might be a long road, but with time, all things would work out fine.
The GOD factor is also being preached in the sense that people should learn to put the 0.1 GOD FACTOR that seems to be the least but powerful factor.
